All Ready to Wear dresses and accessories are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

All customized items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

All footwear items must be tried on only carpeted floors.

We are unable to accept returns/exchange unless:

  • The wrong product was sent by Wala Aradi
  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged in shipping
  • The product is tampered

All eligible items can be exchanged with-in 7 calendar days of receiving the package.

The product must be un-used and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for an exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs; from and to; for exchanging your item.

You must choose a courier that provides tracking information and provides a door to door service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
